摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定滋补参茸丸中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:采用D ikma C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(27:73,v/v),检测波长246nm,流速:1.0m l.m in^-1。结果:补骨脂素在0.618×10^-3-12.36×10^-3mg.m l^-1(r=0.9998)、异补骨脂素0.598×10^-3 -11.96×10^-3mg.m l^-1(r=0.9999)之间呈良好的线性关系,补骨脂素的平均回收率为103.52%(n=6),RSD为3.3%(n=6);异补骨脂素的平均回收率为99.76%(n=6),RSD为3.9%(n=6)。结论:使用RP-HPLC法测定滋补参茸丸中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的方法简便、准确,可用于滋补参茸丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of Psoraden and Isopsoraden in Zibushenrong Pilulae.Methods: Dikma C18(5μm,150×4.6mm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 and the determination wavelength at 246nm.the flow rate is 1.0ml/min.Results:The linear ranges of Psoraden and Isopsoraden were 6.18×10-3~123.6×10-3mg/ml(r=0.9998,RSD=3.6%) and 5.98×10-3~119.6×10-3 mg/ml(r=0.9999,RSD=4.2%).The average recoveries were 103.52%(n=6) and 99.76%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate,It is suitable for the quality control of Zibushenrong pilulae.
