摘要
目的:建立壮骨关节胶囊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Alltima C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为246 nm。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在1.92～96.24μg·ml^(-1)(r=1.000 0)和20.46～102.32μg·ml^(-1)(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为104.1%(RSD=0.8%)和99.9%(RSD=1.6%)。结论:本法简便、准确、稳定且无干扰,可用于壮骨关节胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Zhuanggu Guanjie capsules by HPLC. Method： An Alhima C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water（ 50： 50, v/v）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min ^- 1 and the detection wavelength was 246 nm. Result ： The linear range of psoralen and isopsoralen were 1.92- 96. 24 μg· ml^ - 1 （ r = 1. 000 0 ） and 20. 46-102. 32 μg· ml ^- 1 （ r = 1. 000 0 ） with the average recovery of 104. 1% （ RSD = 0. 8 % ） and 99. 9% （RSD = 1.6% ）, respectively. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and stable. It can be used for the quality control of Zhuanggu Guanjie capsules.
