摘要
中空吹塑成型突出的缺点是中空吹塑成型产品壁厚均匀性不易控制,尤其是形状复杂的大型制品,其受型坯自重的影响,导致在型坯上发生减薄和缩颈现象。为了实现对大型中空吹塑件的壁厚进行均匀控制,设计了以多点控制来控制壁厚的计算方法,并借助于制造参数的调整,得到壁厚的理想厚度分布;设计了多点控制曲线,通过控制机头套与模芯构成的模唇间隙,达到最终控制中空吹塑产品壁厚的目的。研究结果表明,中空吹塑型坯壁厚控制精度为±1 mm左右,能够满足实际生产要求。
The wall thickness of product is not easy to control, and it is the primary shortcoming of the spatial blow molding. Especially, the massive product with complex shape is affected by the self-weight of parison,the reducer and necking down phenomena would take place. In order to overcome the primary shortcoming, the muhiple-point control wall thickness method was designed. The gap between mould core and head section was controlled by the multiple-point control curve to meet the wall thickness demand. The manufacture parameter was adjusted to achieve a good wall thickness distributing. The experimental results show that, the control precision of wall thickness could achieve ± 1 mm, and accordingly it can meet the demand for production.
