摘要
研究了3种冷季型草坪草的5个品种在不同温度下地上部分可溶性糖含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性的变化,根系中可溶性蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化及其与草坪草抗寒性和耐热性的关系,同时用综合评定法判定了它们的抗寒性和耐热性。结果表明,5℃的低温胁迫下,草坪草叶片中的可溶性糖含量和NR活性增加,根系中的蛋白质含量和POD、SOD活性增强;33℃的高温下可溶性糖含量和SOD活性增加,而NR活性和可溶性蛋白质含量降低,POD活性的变化随品种的不同而不同,这可能与POD功能的多样性有关。综合评定的结果,得到其抗寒性依次为Nublue>Fylking>Cindy>Target>Caliente;耐热性依次为Fylking=Caliente>Target>Nublue>Cindy。显然,如用某个单一生理指标的变化判定草坪草的抗性是不够全面的。
Five varieties of three species of cold-season turfgrasses (Poa pratensis, Festuca rubra and Lolium perenne) were investigated for identifying the effect of temperature on the content of soluble carbohydrates and the activity of nitrate reductase (NR) in the above-ground part of the plants, as well as that on the content of soluble protein and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in the root system. The relationship between the changes in these indices and the tolerance of the grasses towards low or high temperatures was discussed, and thereby, a comprehensive evaluation was given to these turfgrasses.
