摘要
用0-40 mmol/L CaCl2溶液喷施高羊茅草坪草叶面后,进行高温胁迫处理。结果表明,不同浓度Ca2+均能显著提高高温胁迫下高羊茅草坪草叶片的叶绿素含量,促进脯氨酸积累,降低高温下叶片的MDA含量和细胞膜透性,且随Ca2+浓度的增加,叶片叶绿素含量呈升高趋势,MDA和细胞膜透性呈下降趋势。因此适当喷施CaCl2溶液,能提高高羊茅草坪草的耐热性。
Effect of calcium on heat tolerance of tall fescue turf grass was carried out by sprayed with 0~40 mmol/L CaCl2 over leaves.The results showed that Ca2+ could evidently increase content of chlorophylls and accumulation of proline,alleviate membrane penetration and decrease content of MDA in the Festuca elata leaves under high temperature press,so to increase the heat tolerance of tall fescue turf grass.
