摘要
以外源牛胰 DNA 培养处理水稻萌动种子,研究 D_1、D_2和 D_3植株的形态特征和生理特性的遗传变异。结果表明,外源 DNA 处理所引起的变异类型多、幅度大、频率高,但与外源 DNA 浓度之间没有明显相关.外源 DNA 处理对改良现有推广品种的某一不良性状较为有利,同时在变异后代中可获得优良的或特殊的变异类型.
In this experiment,exogenous DNA of pancreas of cattle (produced by Shanghai Milk Co.)was used to treat the germinated seeds of Oryza sativa,Jinzao No.4 and Jnzao No.5,and the morphological and physiological variations induced were observed.Among the entries treated, the variations with a wider range and a higher frequency were various in the morphological and physiological characters,but they were not associat- ed with the concentration of the exogenous DNA.It was shown that this method could be applicable to improve a single or a few characters in the cultivars and acquire fine or special variants.
