摘要
文章分析了乡镇集合化小康住宅户型设计的相关背景和现状,通过对乡镇集合化小康住宅的户型设计中存在的问题的分析,提出了本土化与现代科技相结合的户型设计模式,而这结合大连地区乡镇地方特色即为“双客厅”模式。
Analyzing the background, current situation and problems of dwelling unit type design for better off house aggregate in village and town, this paper proposes the unit type mode with dual-living room, which reflects Dalian regional feature and combines localization with modern scientific techniques.
