摘要
86 8发酵液提取物的获得率为 0 .15 % ,用苯酚—硫酸法测得其多糖含量为 82 .7% ,每天以 2 0 mg的剂量注射甲鱼 7d后 ,观察甲鱼白细胞体外吞噬能力的变化 ,试验表明 86 8发酵液提取物可使甲鱼白细胞体外吞噬率提高 3.5 % ,吞噬指数提高 10 .9%。
The gain rate of 868 extraction from the fermented liquid was 0 15%,of which the content of polysaccharide was 82 7% by Phenol\|Sulphur method.Phagocytosis of leucocyte of Trionyx sinensis was observed in vitro by injecting it with 868 extraction in the dosage of 20 mg per day for one week.The results showed that 868 extraction could increase the phagocytic rate and the phagocytic index of leucocyte of Trionyx sinensis by 3 5% and 10 9% respectively.
