在硝酸水溶液中含有稀盐酸和有机酸的汽液平衡常数的研究(英文)

摘要 从含有少量有机酸和无机酸的硝酸水溶液中回收和净化硝酸,汽液平衡数据是必需的。通过文献查阅没有查到充分而可靠的汽液平衡数据。因此我们利用改良的 Rose—Williams 釜在减压下测定了上述溶液中的盐酸和有机酸的汽液平衡常数。硝酸的浓度范围是0.0到0.35摩尔浓度,硝酸水溶液中含的盐酸和有机酸(HCOOH,CH_3COOH,C_2H_5COOH,C_2H_7COOH,)的浓度范围是50~1000PPM。盐酸平衡常数的变化范围是0.01~100,有机酸的平衡常数显示出硝酸浓度的二次函数。 For the recovery and purification of nitric acid from an aqueo-us solution containing a variety of dilute organic or inorganic acids,vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)data are needed.A search of the literature didnot yield sufficient reliable VLE data for such mixtures,so an experimen-tal study on VLE K-values(=y/x)of organic and inorganic acids at dilutedconcentration in nitric acid-water mixtures was carried out.Using the mo-dified Rose-Williams still multicomponent VLE data were measured under re-duced pressures.The concentration range of HNO_3 is 0.0 to 0.35 mole fract-ion where appreciable decomposition does not occur.A range of 50-1000ppmof HCl and various carbcxylic acids(HCOOH,CH_3COOH,C_2H_5COOH andC_3H_7COOH)were added to HNO_3 aqueous solutions.K_(HCI) changed from0.01 to 100 and had positive logarithmic dependence on HNO_3 content.K-values of organic acids were represented by a quadratic function of HNO_3concentration.
