摘要
苯酚含量为 0 - 1 9%的水溶液的汽液平衡数据表明苯酚在汽相中的浓度大于液相中的浓度 ,利用这一特点可以采用精馏的方法来脱除含酚废水中的苯酚并回收苯酚。本文对两个简单的精馏流程及一个热泵精馏流程进行了模拟分析及经济评价 ,结果表明采用简单精馏的能耗太大 ,经济上不合理。本文所分析的热泵精馏流程同一般的热泵精馏相比 ,没有再沸器、冷凝器、膨胀机 ,设备投资少、供热系数COP接近 5 0 。
Waste water containing phenol can seriously pollute the environment. The concentration of phenol in vapor is higher than that of in liquid when the solution contains 0-1 9% phonel, so distillation can be used to treat waste water to get rid of phenol in it. In this paper two common and one heat pump distillation flowsheets used to treat the waste water are calculated. The results show that common distillation needs too much energy in order to attain the requirement of treatment,its not economic in practice, while the heat pump distillation which reuses the top steam of the column needs very little extra steam added. Because there are no reboiler, condenser and expander in the heat pump distillation, the investment of the equipment is small. The COP of heat pump is almost 50.
