摘要
将TBP固定于多孔载体上,用于萃取硝酸水溶液中的钍。实验表明,萃取分配比高,萃取容量大,能有效地防止乳化现象。将TBP柱填料制备成填充柱,对含Th ̄4+,Fe ̄3+和Ce ̄3+的铁钍渣浸出液进行萃取实验得出:当溶液硝酸浓度为4mo1/1,接触时间为10min时,萃余液中Th ̄4+浓度小于0.01mg/1。lgTBP柱填料可萃取钍0.25g,反萃液中钍浓度为62.5g/1,Fe ̄3+和Ce ̄3+的含量均小于0.1mg/1。
Tributyl phosphate(TBP)is fixed onto porous carrier.And the TBP column filling is used in extraction of Th ̄4+ in ni-tric acid solution. The results show that the TBP column filling has high extractive efficiency to the Th ̄4+ ion. It is available to pre-vent he water and TBP from emulsification,The TBP columu filling is filled in to a column and used for extraction of the Th ̄4+ ionfrOm 4 mol/1 HNO_3 solution with Fe ̄3+and Ce ̄3+ ions .Whe contact time is l0 min,the Th ̄4+ concentration in the extraction raffi-nate is lower than 0.01 mg/1,and the extraction capacity is about 250mg·g ̄-1.The ion concentrations in the strip liquor are:Th ̄4+62.5 g/1,both Fe ̄3+ and Ce ̄3+ less than 0.1 mg/1.
