摘要
抗坏血酸是植物体内一种重要的抗氧化剂。介绍了抗坏血酸的生理功能和在植物抗氧化过程中的作用以及在生产实践中的应用。
Ascorbic acid is an important antioxidant in plant. The theory introduced the physiological functions and an- tioxidant effects of ascorbic acid in plant, and also some applications in practice was discussed.
