磷钾肥和多效唑对越冬期假俭草叶片中抗坏血酸的影响 被引量:1

Effect of phoshorus, potassium and PP333 on the ascorbic acid in the leaves of Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack in winter

摘要 采用裂裂区设计,以亚热带地区广泛应用的暖季型草坪草假俭草翠绿1号为试验材料,比较了不同磷钾肥和多效唑喷施浓度对假俭草叶片中抗坏血酸含量的影响。结果表明:在自然低温胁迫下,27个处理假俭草叶片中的抗坏血酸含量有所不同,其中以A2B2C2(即钾肥7.5g/L、磷肥8.0g/L、多效唑1.2mg/L)处理下叶片抗坏血酸含量相对较高,说明肥料和化控的较优搭配能促进抗坏血酸在假俭草中的大量积累,为延长假俭草的青绿期提供基础。 Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack cv. Cuilv No.1, which was widely used in subtropical regions, was introduced to study cool-resistance in the potted experiment. The split-split plot design with three factors and three levels was employed to study the effect of different treatments with different of phoshorus, potassium, PP333 applicated rates on the substance of ascorbic acid of the centipedegrass. The result showed that the contents of ASA were correlated significantly among 27 different treatments in cool-resistence. The content of AsA in the leaves of centipedegrass under the treatment of A2B2C2 (A=7.5 g/L, B=8.0 g/L, C=1.2 mg/L) were the best, which appeared to improve its physiological status and in turn to prolong its green phase.
