摘要
研究了工业生产的ρ-氧化铝的物性。简明介绍了ρ-氧化铝的生产工艺和ρ-氧化铝的几种用途。用X射线衍射结构分析测定了ρ-氧化铝的晶相;用热分析(TG-DTA)测定了α-氢氧化铝的含量;用扫描电镜测定了ρ-氧化铝粒子的外貌及大小;用氮气吸附法测定了ρ-氧化铝的孔容、比表面和孔分布。
Physical properties of industrialp - alumina were studied. Production technologies and several uses of ρ-alumina were briefly introduced. Crystal phase of ρ-alumina was determinated by X - ray diffraction ; content of α-gibbsite was measured by thermal analysis ( including TG-DTA ); morphology and size of ρ-alumina particles was determined by scanning election microscopy. At last, pore volume,specific surface area and pore size distribution of ρ-alumina were determined by nitrogen adsorbtion method, respectively.
