摘要
信息共享空间是一个资源高度整合的学习和交流空间。在对其空间环境内资源要素进行系统分析的基础上,结合国外高校图书馆信息共享空间人力资源建设状况,讨论如何构建我国高校图书馆信息共享空间人力资源的组织与管理模式。
Information commons is the learning and communication space where the resources are highly integrated. Based on the systematic analysis of the resources factors inside the space environment, and integrated with the human resources construction in the information commons in foreign university libraries, this paper discusses how to construct the organization and management model of human resources in the information commons in domestic university libraries.
