摘要
我国科技成果对经济增长的贡献率 ,虽然已从改革开放前的 10 %提高到了 30 %左右 ,但是同发达国家比较相距甚远。针对问题产生的原因 ,应采取如下对策 :强化思想观念 ,改革管理体制 ,丰富“四大资源” ,面向市场需求 ,强化知识产权 。
Although the rate of contribution by science and technology to Chinese economy development has increased from 10% to 30% since China’s opening up and reforming ,there is still a long way to run comparing with the advanced countries. Therefore , there is of necessity to further change people’s ideological concepts,reform the management system,enrich the four resources,adapt to the market requirement,attach importance to intellectual copyright and the distribution of rights and benefits.
