摘要
从教育的本质研究出发,指出教育对振兴辽宁老工业基地,发展区域经济具有重要意义,进而从民主法制建设,公平正义的社会理念,诚信友爱的道德规约等方面分析了教育对构建和谐社会、和谐辽宁的作用,认为只有积极建设现代国民教育体系,才能振兴老工业基地,促进和谐辽宁建设。
It is pointed out that education is essential to boom Liaoning ——the old industrial base and develop the zone economy from the essence study of education. Effeetions of education in constructing harmonious society and harmonious Liaoning are analyzed from the aspects of democratic law construction, fair and justice society notion and the morality regulations of sincerity and friendliness. It is concluded that only the active construction of national education system can boom the old industrial base and promote the harmonious construction of Liaoning.
