摘要
引进外资对辽宁老工业基地振兴意义重大。近年来 ,辽宁引资规模与速度增长较快 ,但仍存在项目技术含量不高、产业发展不配套、没有实现国有企业与跨国公司有效对接等弊端。因此 ,提高利用外资效率 ,更好为振兴辽宁老工业基地服务成为亟待解决的问题。
There is important meaning for Liaoning old industrial base to import foreign capital. Although the scale and speed of import foreign capital in Liaoning is increasing rapidly in recent years, there are still problems such as the project is lower technology content , industrial structure does not match with and state-owned enterprises can not effectively connect with multi-national company etc. So it becomes an urgent problem to be resolved to improve efficiency of foreign capital using and service to revitalize the Liaoning old industrial base.
