摘要
教学质量监控是教学管理的重要内容,是确保人才培养质量的重要措施。针对安徽体院教学质量监控的有效举措和存在的问题进行分析和探讨,并运用全面质量管理理论,构建了横向、纵向的教学质量监控体系。
Teaching quality control system is the important content for teaching management as well as the main measure to insure the quality of person with ability cultivation. This paper probes into the effective move and existent problem of teaching quality control system for Anhui Professional and Technical Institute of Athletics; meanwhile, it has constructed transverse and longitudinal teaching quality control system by using the theory of Total Quality Management.
