摘要
教学质量保障和监控是教学工作永恒的主题 ,也是教学工作中较为困难的工作。为了达到促进学校自身发展和提高学校在公众心目中的声誉的双重目的 ,教学质量保障与监控应处理好自我评价与外部评价等方面的关系 ,并选择适当的综合指标体系。提高教学质量 ,应采取多种途径 ,全员参与 。
The assurance and control of teaching quality is a permanent tropic and the most difficult part of teaching. To achieve both self\|development and public reputation of the university, teaching quality assurance and control should deal with the relationship between internal and external evaluation, and choose appropriate comprehensive quota system. To improve the teaching quality, we should take various methods, involve all members and adopt different model of evaluation and control accordingly.
