摘要
应用流式细胞技术对３３例脑星形细胞瘤的ＤＮＡ含量和ｐ５３蛋白进行了检测，并对二者的关系及对预后的影响进行了探讨。结果显示：１）总的ＤＮＡ异倍体出现率为４２．４％（１４／３３），绝大多数为Ⅲ～Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤。２）Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ～Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达率为２０％（２／１０）、６６．７％（６／９）、１００％（１４／１４）。结果表明：脑星形细胞瘤ＤＮＡ异倍体出现率、ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达与病理分级、肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关，ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达的异倍体肿瘤患者生存率最低。
DNA contents and p53 protein expression were studied by flow cytometry (FCM) with special emphasis on their relation with prognosis. The result indicated that: 1) the rate of aneuploidy was 42.4% in 33 astrocytomas,mostly appeared in grade IIIIV; 2) the positive staining rates of p53 protein were 20%, 66.7%, 100% respectively with grade I, II,IIIIV astrocytomas.The result suggest that the rates of aneuploidy and p53 protein expression exhibit a positive correlation with the pathological grading and malignancy of astrocytoma and that the prognosis is poor for patients who present aneuploidy and positive p53 protein expression.
