摘要
应用流式细胞技术对33例脑星形细胞瘤的DNA含量和p53蛋白进行了检测,并对二者的关系及对预后的影响进行了探讨。结果显示:1)总的DNA异倍体出现率为42.4%(14/33),绝大多数为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤。2)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤p53蛋白阳性表达率为20%(2/10)、66.7%(6/9)、100%(14/14)。结果表明:脑星形细胞瘤DNA异倍体出现率、p53蛋白阳性表达与病理分级、肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关,p53蛋白阳性表达的异倍体肿瘤患者生存率最低。
DNA contents and p53 protein expression were studied by flow cytometry (FCM) with special emphasis on their relation with prognosis. The result indicated that: 1) the rate of aneuploidy was 42.4% in 33 astrocytomas,mostly appeared in grade IIIIV; 2) the positive staining rates of p53 protein were 20%, 66.7%, 100% respectively with grade I, II,IIIIV astrocytomas.The result suggest that the rates of aneuploidy and p53 protein expression exhibit a positive correlation with the pathological grading and malignancy of astrocytoma and that the prognosis is poor for patients who present aneuploidy and positive p53 protein expression.
