摘要
应用流式细胞仪对13例肾母细胞瘤DNA倍体进行了分析。观察肿瘤细胞DNA含量,倍体的变化与其病理组织学类型的关系。研究结果表明:上皮型,混合型DNA含量最低,间叶型次之,胚芽型最高。研究结果说明:肾母细胞瘤DNA含量测定可作为其分化程度及恶性度指标之一,对预测肿瘤预后是一个更准确的指标。
Tumor cell DNA analysis in 13 cases of nephroblastomas were studied by flow cytometry. According to the structure of the tumors,nephrohlastomas were classified into epithelial type,mes-enchymal type, blastomal type and mixed type. The DNA contents were,correlated with the histopathologic types of the tumor. The study results suggested that the measurement of nuclear DNA of tumor cells may be helpful to ascertain the degree of differentiation and malignancy of nephroblastomas.
