摘要
应用ＴｄＴ介导ｄＵＴＰ末端标记（ＴＵＮＥＬ）技术检测了３０例肝细胞凋亡病变，均见不同范围的阳性：单个癌细胞阳性１４例；点状阳性７例；小片状阳性６例；大片状阳性３例。偶见胞浆阳性。该技术快速、简便、灵敏、特异。
TdTmediated dUTP nick end labeling technique was used to detect apoptosis in 30 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma in this article,the results showed all patients were found have apoptosis in varying degrees.14 cases were positive in single cells,7 cases were spot positive;6 cases were small pieces positive and 3 cases were found have large flat apoptosis.Some cases were found positive in cytoplasm.This technique is sensitive,specific,fast,convenient,flexible and is suitable for laboratories and clinical research.
