摘要
研究目的:结合某城市地铁5号线与6号线近接交叉隧道施工现场监测,对大跨度交叉隧道采用浅埋暗挖法施工的地表变形规律分析,总结出交叉隧道地表沉降产生的原因。研究结论:(1)交叉近接隧道采用浅埋暗挖法施工的地表沉降曲线形状与合成的Logstic曲线比较吻合。(2)交叉结构开挖过程中的反复扰动和结构间的体系转换等是地表变形的主要原因。(3)施工过程中合理的开挖步距、增设临时仰拱及注浆加固等措施对控制地表变形有比较显著的作用。研究结果对浅埋暗挖施工、优化施工顺序、合理利用和控制交叉隧道施工引起的变形叠加具有一定的实际参考价值。
Research purposes: According to the monitoring data on the adjacent and crossing tunnels of metro lines 5 and 6, the regularity of ground subsidence caused by excavation of large - span crossing tunnel with shallow - depth and subsurface excavation method is analyzed and the reason for ground subsidence is summarized.
Research conclusions : ( 1 ) The curve shape of ground subsidence induced by excavation of adjacent and crossing metro tunnel with shallow -depth and subsurface excavation method is identical to the Logstic curve shape. (2) Repeated intrusion in the excavation progress of crossing structure and system conversion between structures are the main reasons for the ground subsidence. (3) The appropriate excavation space, temporary invert arch and grouting reinforcement in the progress of construction play a comparatively notable role in control of ground deformation. The research results have some practical reference to construction of shallow tunnel in excavation, optimization of construction procedures, rational usage and control of superimposed deformation caused by construction of crossing tunnel.
