摘要
简要介绍了HPL-550B2型断路器的故障过程,根据解体检查情况,重点对故障原因进行了分析,找出机构箱主轴是该型号断路器的薄弱点,提出了定期检查机构箱主轴是否扭曲的简易方法及注意事项。
This paper discusses the breakdown process of an HPL-550B2 circuit breaker, and analyzes the cause of breakdown according to the disassembly inspection. The main shaft in the mechanism box is found to be the source of breakdown. A simple method is hence proposed for periodically inspecting whether the main shaft is twisted, and some points for attention are suggested.
