摘要
为了有效避免悬挂减速机故障对炼钢生产造成的直接影响,开发了一套转炉悬挂减速机在线监测与故障诊断系统,并对监测信号的选取、系统结构、系统功能等方面进行了阐述。实践证明,该系统能适应悬挂减速机在线监测的要求,具有较强的分析和预报警功能,诊断出悬挂减速机可能出现的各种故障类型和位置,为合理地安排检修提供技术保证。
In order to effectively avoid the immediate impact of the failure of suspension reducer on the production of steelmaking, one on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for converter suspension reducer has been developed. A description is given to the selection of the monitoring signal, the system configuration, functions and so on in the paper. It is practically proved that the system can adapt to the on-line monitoring requirements of the suspension reducer and has strong analysis and pre-alarm functions ： it can diagnose all kinds of failures and locations possible to happen, which offers guarantee technically for arranging repair reasonably.
