本文给出一种实用的生产过程或设备的在线故障监测和报警系统，详细论述了系统的硬件和软件设计原理。该系统具有故障在线检测、故障自诊断和语音声光报警功能．可在线监测多达数十个点的过程或设备的运行状态。是新一代智能型故障监测报警装置。
In this paper,a practical kind of on-line faults of production process or equipments detecting and alarming system is presented and the principle of hardware and software design is detailed. The system has following functions: on-line fault detecting,fault self-diagnosing,light and speech sounds alarming,etc. It can detect as many as several dozen states of a process or an equipment. It is a new generation of intelligent fault detecting and alarming system
