用新型Sol-gel法制备酚基吡啶硼配合物/二氧化硅复合玻璃 被引量:2

Preparation of Pyridine-phenol Ligand Doped Silica Composite Glass by a New Sol-gel Process

摘要 利用新型溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)方法制备一种酚基吡啶硼配合物((dppy)BF)掺杂的二氧化硅复合发光玻璃.由于加入Li2CO3中和了溶胶以及环己烷萃取溶剂,使材料的制备时间由传统sol-gel方法的几周减少到几天.用这种方法制备了无断裂、低体积收缩的(dppy)BF掺杂的二氧化硅复合发光玻璃.荧光光谱研究结果表明,复合材料中(dppy)BF的光稳定性得到明显改善,发光效率明显提高. We described an improved sol-gel process to prepare pyridine-phenol ligand ((dppy) BF) doped silica composie glass. The addition of Li2CO3 to neutralize the composite sol and solvent extraction with cyclohexane shorten the processing time from several weeks for traditional sol-gel process to several days. The crack-free (dppy)BF doped silica composite glass with the low volume shrinkage can be obtained by this process. The results of fluorescence spectra indicate that fluorescence intensity of (dppy) BF in the glass enhances, and the photostability is much better.
