摘要
裂缝型渗漏地层指由于地层裂缝导致钻完井过程每小时漏失油基钻井液少于1.6m3、水基钻井液少于4m3的地层。在此类地层中进行钻完井作业,当后续钻进下部钻井液密度高于上部裸眼段钻井液密度或进行固井作业前,一般要通过承压堵漏试验来提升地层的承压能力,才能有效地避免地层反复漏失钻井液和固井时漏失固井水泥浆,以提高钻完井时效和保证固井质量。文章通过分析裂缝型渗漏地层承压试验的工艺要点,提出了相应的解决方案,希望对钻井同仁有借鉴作用。
The fractured percolation formation means that as the fracture of the formation,the leakage rate of oil base mud is less than 1.6 m3 and water base mud is less than 4m3 in the process of drilling and completion.There must be bearing tests to enhance the bearing ability of the formation for avoiding the repeated losses of mud and cement slurry and improving the efficiency of drilling and completion and the quality of cementing when the bottom wellbore pressure is higher than the topside wellbore pressure or before the cementing operation.In this paper,the key points of the bearing tests have been discussed,and the responding solutions were put forward.
