摘要
研制了泡沫塑料车床式切割机,通过电热丝刀具,可切割出形状多样的泡沫材质的塑件。切割机由机架、刀架、毛坯夹紧装置以及电源装置组成。刀架装置改变了以往手持刀具切割的不稳定操作。夹紧装置可使毛坯作360o旋转运动,解决了以往毛坯固定不动而限制切割方向改变的问题。切割尺寸控制机构使得操作过程准确,产品表面光滑。该切割机还可应用于制图课程的实践教学,训练学生的动手能力,提高学生的工程素质。
A lathe-like foam cutting machine is developed, which can cut foam material in different shapes by special heating-wire cutting tool. The machine is consisted of a frame, a knife rest, rough gripping-holder and power supply. The knife rest changes state of handed knife cutting. The gripping-holder revolves 360° to solve a problem of change cutting position. The size control system makes operation accurately during whole cutting process and makes product surface smoothly. This machine also can be used in practice teaching of engineering drawing course to train both action abilities and engineering consciousness for students.
