摘要
论述了圆盘式车床夹具的设计过程。详细分析了该夹具的结构、定位装置、夹紧装置以及与机床主轴的连接方式。实际应用表明,该夹具的适用性好,具有操作简便、加工精度高,劳动强度低,能大大提高生产效率等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Design process of fixtures for discal lathe was discussed. The structure, location equipment, clamping device of the fixtures and connection way with the machine spindle were detailedly analyzed. Practical application shows that the fixture possesses wide applicability, has easy operation and high accuracy of machining, decreases the intensity of labour, and greatly improves production efficiency. It has expansive foreground of application.
