摘要
在产品设计过程中,工业设计师必须协调产品与人、产品与环境、产品与文化、产品与经济效益等诸多系统的关系,才能设计出实用、经济、美观、安全舒适、绿色环保的新产品。随着数字技术的不断更新,年青的工业设计师越来越依赖数字设备进行结构设计和模型制作。在抽象的数字和虚拟的产品形态转换中,缺少了人对形态的真实感受,设计出来的产品自然有很多不合理的地方。因此,工业设计师在享受新的设计技术、取得设计高效率的同时,不能忽视设计的根本使命,必须正视传统设计手法的合理性。在产品结构设计阶段,传统的草模型制作既是协调设计师理性与感性、视觉与触觉矛盾的必要手段,又是降低设计成本的重要途径。
During the course of product design the industrial designer ought to harmonize the relationships of a lot of systems between product and human being, product and environment, product and civilization, product and economic benefit etc. , then and only then could the designer be ahle to design a practical, economic, beautiful, safe and comfortable and green environmental new product. Along with the continuous renewal of digital technique, the young designers are more and more depending on the digital facilities to carrying out structural design and model manufacturing. In the transformation from abstractive numerals to virtual formation of product, human being is lacking the real feelings on the formation, thus there will naturally be many unreasonable places in the being designed product. Therefore while the industrial designer is at the same time enjoying the new technique of design and obtaining high efficiency of design should not ignore the fundamental mission of design and must face up to the reasonability of the traditional designing skill. It has been considered by this paper that during the designing stage of product structure, the manufacture of traditional preliminary model is not only the necessary measure for harmonizing the designer＇s contradictions between rationality and sensibility and between visual sense and sense of touch but also an important channel for lowering the designing cost.
