摘要
用X射线衍射(XRD)方法对不同热处理温度下C/C复合材料石墨化度进行了测定,并对衍射峰进行了分峰处理。得出该材料由三种不同组元构成,即树脂炭、炭纤维和热解炭,求出各组元的石墨化度值及所占比例,进而得到试样的加权平均石墨化度。用光学显微镜对试样表面进行分析证明了三种组元的存在,讨论了热处理温度与石墨化度的关系。
The carbon carbon composites obtained under different heat treatment tremperatures were analyzed by means of X ray diffraction method (XRD) and XRD peaks were proccessed separately.The results show that C/C composite is composed of three components,i.e.,resin carbon,carbon fiber and pyrolytic carbon.Their values of graphitization degree and content and the weighted averages are calculated.The existance of three components is also verified by optical micrography.The relationship between the graphitization degree and heat treatment temperature is discussed.
