摘要
石墨制品如石墨乳广泛应用于金属塑性成形加工领域。但原料石墨颗粒的石墨化度计算存在不确定性,如衍射峰位的确定、重叠峰的分离等,不利于产品质量监控及工艺调整。本文尝试通过峰形差异表征法建立新量化指标以表征石墨的石墨化度。以(004)、(110)晶面为分析对象,通过引入峰位偏移量定义峰面积切割线,以峰面积比值实现峰形差异的量化转换。不同石墨化度组分的混合粉末的分析结果表明,当组分单一时,新方法趋势与传统方法一致;当存在多组分时,新方法趋势与层面尺寸及堆垛高度变化趋势相符。方法简便易行,有一定可靠性。
Graphite products such as graphite emulsion are widely used in the field of metal plastic forming processing.However,there is uncertainty in the calculation of the graphitization degree of raw graphite particles,such as the determination of diffraction peak positions and separation of overlapping peaks,which is not conducive to product quality monitoring and process adjustment.This article established a new quantitative index to characterize the graphitization degree of graphite through the peak shape difference characterization method.By taking the(004),(110)crystal plane as the analysis object,the peak area cutting line was defined by introducing peak displacement,and the quantification conversion of peak shape differences was achieved by the peak area ratio.The analysis results of mixed powders with different graphitization degrees indicate that when the component is single,the trend of the new method is consistent with that of the traditional method;when there are multiple components,the trend of the new method is similar to the changes in layer size and stack height.The method is simple and easy to implement,with a certain degree of reliability.
