摘要
本文用XRD、热分析、化学分析、电子探针、SEM和耐火度的测定等多种研究手段研究了中国主要产地鳞片石墨的晶体结构、氧化温度及其灰分的组成。研究表明,中国主要产地的鳞片石墨均属六放晶系。晶体结构完整;提出0.125mm为石墨氧化的粒度分界值,小于此值,石墨氧化温度曲线斜率陡峭,大于此值则趋于平缓。各地鳞片石墨灰分组成不一,故选用鳞片石墨作为含碳耐火材料的碳素原料时,要因地而异。
The crystal structures, oxidation temperature and ash composition of flake graphite in China are Studied by means of XRD, thermal analysis, chemical analysis, electron probe and SEM. It shows the flake graphite contains hexagonal crystal structure perfectly. The critical particle size of oxidation of the graphite is 0.125mm. when less than this value, the slope of curve of oxidation temperature will become steep, if larger, will become smooth. The composition of ash of graphites varies with their different origins in China, therefore when selecting flake graphite from different origin, should consider this accordingly.
