Research on the Dynamics of Mechanisms Considering Bearing Clearances at S Pair

摘要 首先分析了含间隙S副副元素的接触状态和接触条件,建立了含间隙S副的一般力学模型。然后导出了S副存在间隙时的RSCR机构的动力学运动微分方程,对S副副元素的接触碰撞特性及其对机构动态特性的影响进行了研究,得出了一些有益的结论,并为S副的简化模型提供了理论依据。 The contact states and contact conditions of the pairing elements of the S pair with clearance are analyzed in detail. The general mechanical model of S pair with clearance are set up and used to derive the differential equation of motion of a RSCR mechanism with clearance at S pair. The impact characteristics of the pairing elements of S pair and the dynamic effect of clearances are studied, some phenomena and rules are found. The investigation also provided the theoretical foundation for the simplified model of S pair.
