摘要 以大型锻造工艺的研究与开发为对象,分析了有限元数值模拟、物理模拟的特点和关系,提出模拟技术有机集成的思路与机制,注重在应用中解决问题的能力,并且应用于大型护环热锻新技术等工艺开发,为生产试制所验证,对当前快速发展的大锻件生产与技术具有重要意义。 Taken the research and development of heavy forging process as the object, the characteristics of finite element numerical simulation and physical simulation have been analyzed as well as the relationship between them, and the thought and mechanism of organic integration for simulation technique have been put forward. Furthermore, focused on the problem-solving capability in application, this technique has been applied to the process development of new hot forging technique for heavy shroud ring and also approved by the trial production. This research is very important for currently rapid development of heavy forging production and technique.
