摘要
分析了热物理参数对热锻工艺数值模拟结果正确与否的重要性,设计了获得等效热参数的简易实验方法,该方法通过传热实验与数值模拟软件相结合,采用模拟数据与实测数据逼近法推导出所需参数。由于在实验细节上排除了其他因素的热干扰,该方法测得的参数可靠性和精度较高。本文以转子钢26Cr2Ni4MoV为例,通过该方法测试其在1260~850℃锻造区间的等效黑度系数为0.25~0.30,与模具钢的加载等效换热系数为1.0kW.(m2.K)-1。
The importance of thermal physical parameters to numerical simulation of hot forging was analyzed, and a simple experiment method to get equivalent thermal parameter was designed. Combining heat experiment and software, the parameters were deduced using the approximation method of simulated data and the measured data. Because the method ranks thermal interference of other factors in the experimental details, the measured parameters reliability and accuracy are higher. Taking rotor steel 26Cr2Ni4MoV as an example, the equivalent black degree coefficient was tested which is 0. 25 - 0.30 in the forging interval from 1260 to 850 ℃ through the method, and the coefficient of the die steel loading equivalent heat transferring is 1.0 kW . (m2 . K) 1.
