摘要
滨海核电厂的水资源论证中须考虑生态需水。水文学法宜用于对计算结果精度要求不高,并且生物资料缺乏的情况;栖息地评价方法宜用于生态保护目标为确定的物种及其栖息地;整体分析法宜用于流域整体生态需水评估。将生态需水分为天然生态需水、功能生态需水、目标生态需水等类。水资源论证中的生态需水应为目标生态需水,应先获得生态保护目标,再确定生态需水。
Eco-water demands must be taken into account in the water resources appraisal for construction of nuclear power plant ; for which the hydrological appraisal method is suitable for the condition of lack of biological data with lower precision requirement; the habitat appraisal method is suitable for the eco-protection target to determine the species and their habitats concerned; the integral appraisal analysis method is suitable for the appraisal of integral eco-water demands of a river basin, viz. the eco-water demands are divided into natural eco-water demand, functional eco-water demand, target eco-water demand etc. In the water resources appraisal for construction of nuclear power plant, the eco-water demand must be the target eco-water demand ; for which the eco-protection target must be got prior to the determination of eco-water demands, and then the relevant eco-protection target must be determined for the rivers those have no eco-protection targets for them as soon as possible.
