摘要 初步研究了臭氧对矿泉水中细菌的杀灭效果及臭氧对矿泉水化学成分的影响。结果显示,水中臭氧浓度达到0.5mg/L,接触5min即可有效杀灭矿泉水中细菌。高浓度臭氧对矿泉水的一些有益成分如锶、偏硅酸和一些主要成分如重碳酸盐、总硬度、总碱度等没有影响,但使pH值稍有升高;臭氧处理使溶解性总固体含量和耗氧量略有减少,对矿泉水的一些还原性污染物如氨、氰化物和酚类化合物有不同程度的降低;臭氧消毒可使矿泉水中的一部分溴化物转变为次溴酸盐和溴酸盐。 The disinfection effects of ozonization and its influences on chemical components of mineral water were investigated. The results showed that ozone at the level of 0.5mg/L and with the exposure time of 5 minutes effectively destroyed bacteria in mineral water. High level ozone showed no strong influences on some beneficial components, such as strontium and metasilicate and on some main components, such as bicarbonate, hardness and alkalinity, but slightly elevated pH value. Ozonization reduced the contents of total dissolved solids and oxygen demand, and decomposed some reductive contaminants such as ammonia, cyanide and phenols.Ozonization will convert part of the bromide into hypobromite and bromate.
