摘要
建立了在线酸化—柱后衍生—离子色谱法测定天然含气矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的分析方法。利用酸性条件下溴酸盐与过量氢碘酸生成强紫外吸收的碘三离子的特征反应,选用氢氧化物选择性的高效高容量阴离子交换分离柱IonPac AS19,一步梯度淋洗,23 min之内快速准确地完成了含气天然矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的检测。方法在0.1~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.999 95,对溴酸盐的检出限约为0.03μg/L。方法灵敏度高,可重复性较好,适用于含气天然矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的准确定量工作。
The method was developed for the determination of trace bromate in mineral drinking water samples containing high concentration of carbonate by ion chromatography plus postcolumn derivation. This method based on detecting triiodide indirectly, which has strong absorbance at 352 nm and was generated by the reactions of bromate and hydroiodic acid. The separation of bromate was achieved on a hydroxide selective anion exchange column IonPac AS 19 with one step gradient elution within 23 min. The linearity of bromate was over the range of 0.1-100 μg/L with correlation coefficient at 0.999 95, and the detected limit ofbromate was about 0.03 μg/L. The method was good selective, sensitive and reproductive, and was suitable for the determination of trace bromate in mineral drinking water samples containing high concentration of carbonate.
