摘要
将网络平台引入高师院校教育实习的目的是提高实习的质量和效率,须对现有实习流程加以改造以发挥这种作用。根据业务流程再造的思想,以三阶段实习为例系统化改造现有教育实习流程。采用新流程可以提高资源的利用率,加强实习中各方的沟通联系,支持对实习生进行形成性评价和多元评价,使教育实习满足实习生的个性化学习的需求。
In the era of cyber education, the network platform is used to improve the quality and efficiency of the teaching internship, which is crucial for one to become a proficient teacher. The current process of teaching internship should be reengineered due to the application of the network platform. According to the principle of Business Process Re-engineering, the process of the three-phrase teaching internship mode is re-engineered systematically. The new process can enhance student teachers' efficiency of teaching practice and help them keep in contact with other roles. It can also evaluate the student teachers' internship performance appropriately in the new process by process evaluation and diversified assessment. Consequently the teaching internship process can cater to the student teachers' individual need.
