摘要
目的:考察治疗量的蚤休复方水煎剂的抗癌作用及其对重要器官的毒副作用。方法:将S180模型小鼠,随机分为模型对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组、以及蚤休复方水煎剂高、低剂量组。给药10 d后摘取模型小鼠的肿瘤组织及肝、肾作病理检测并计算抑制率。结果:蚤休复方高、低剂量组小鼠肿瘤均重与模型对照组有显著差异,且量效关系明显。病理切片显示:高剂量组与阳性对照组小鼠癌组织出现重度坏死,低剂量组癌组织出现中度坏死,模型对照组癌组织无坏死;且高、低剂量组与模型对照组小鼠肝、肾组织病理检测均正常,阳性对照组小鼠肝、肾组织有轻度损伤。结论:蚤休复方有较好的抗癌作用,且对模型小鼠肝、肾无明显毒副作用。
Objective :To explore the anti-cancer effects of therapeutic dose of the decoction of Paris polyphylla Smith Co. ( OPPSC) and the toxic side-effects against the vitals. Methods:We divided S180 rats stochastically into four groups as negative antitheses, positive antitheses, high and low dose of DPPSC, and resected the tumors, livers and kidneys of the rats after ten days of administration on model rats examine the pathological status and measured the suppression ratio. Results:There was palpable discrepancy between the groups of high and low dosage of DPPSC and the group of negative antitheses on the average weights of tumors, and the decrease amount had a significance relationship with the medicine dose. By observing the pathological slices, there were severe necroses higher dose of DPPSC and positive antitheses,while the rats in the group of low dose of DPPSC showed medium necrosis but no necrosis appeared in the negative antitheses group. The pathological statuses of all the livers and kidneys were normal in the rats of higher and lower dose of DPPSC and the negative antitheses groups. On the contrary, there were mild damages in these organs of the rats in the positive antitheses group. Conclusion:DPPSC has remarkable effect of anticancer and low toxic side-effects on the model rats.
