解毒化瘀方逆转HL60/VCR白血病细胞耐药株多药耐药机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨解毒化瘀方对HL60/VCR白血病细胞耐药株多药耐药逆转机制。方法:通过制备含解毒化瘀药的兔血清培养HL60/VCR白血病细胞耐药株后,用免疫组化法检测细胞的多药耐药基因P-gp。结果:解毒化瘀方含药血清能下调HL60/VCR白血病细胞耐药株的P-gp表达。结论:解毒化瘀方逆转HL60/VCR白血病细胞耐药株多药耐药与其能下调P-gp的表达有关。 Objective: To study the reversion of MDR mechanism of Detoxification and Dissipation Blood Stasis Formula on HL60/VCR leukemic cell drug resistance strains.Method: HL60/VCR leukemic cell drug resistance strains were cultured with rabbit serum containing Detoxification and Dissipation Blood Stasis Formula, then the MDR gene P-gp was detected by immunohistochemistry method.Result: The serum containing Detoxification and Dissipation Blood Stasis Formula could down-regulate the expression of P-gp Of HL60/VCR leukemic cell drug resistance strains.Conclusion : The reversion of MDR of Detoxification and Dissipation Blood Stasis Formula on HL60/VCR leukemic cell drug resistance strains is related to that it could down-regulate the expression of P-gp.
