摘要
目的:优选某中药抗癌复方中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法以乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比设置三因素三水平正交实验,采用热回流提取法并浓缩成浸膏,运用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,以总黄酮的含量为指标确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:总黄酮在0.0096~0.0576 mg/m L浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,最佳工艺条件为A1B3C3,即乙醇浓度95%,提取时间120 min,料液比1︰12,总黄酮的含量最多为8.273%。结论:采用正交试验分析抗癌药方提取物的提取工艺合理可行。
Objectie: The extraction process of total flavonoids in traditional Chinese medicine anticancer compound. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to establish the three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment with ethanol concentration, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio. The total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The optimum extraction conditions were determined as indicators. Results: The total flavonoids had a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.0096-0.0576 mg/mL. The optimum conditions were A IB3C3, ethanol concentration 95 %, extraction time 120 min, ratio of material to liquid 1 : 12, total flavonoids Up to 8.273 %. Conclusion: It is reasonable and feasible to use orthogonal test to analyze the extraction process of anticancer drug extract.
