摘要
进一步了解癌细胞在体内浸润时形态,为癌细胞的浸润机理及诊断提供理论基础。方法用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察鳞癌、腺癌、基底细胞癌等细胞浸润时的形态。结果1、各种浸润时的癌细胞均可见阿米巴样活动、“癌溶现象”、及“癌性纤维化”。2、癌细胞伪足内可见内质网及骨架系统。3、癌细胞浸润时的形态与组织来源、分化高低及宿主免疫力有关。4、基底细胞癌巢周边的部分细胞分泌物形成基底膜的内层。5、淋巴细胞伸出指状突起的伪足至癌细胞表面使其形成溃疡状的损伤。6、癌细胞表面可见皱缩的红细胞。
Objective To further investigate the morphology of cancer cells in the time of infiltration in vivo Methods The morphological characteristics of squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and basal cell carcinoma in the time of infil- tration were further observed with transmission and scanning electron microscopy.Results:1 . Amebaism , carcinolysis and carcinofibrosis could be seen in all types of cancer cells in infiltration. 2. The endoplasmic reticulum and skeleton system were observed in the pseudopodin of the cancer cells. 3. The morphology of the cancer cells in the activity of in- filtration was related to the origin of tissue, the degree of differentiation and the immunity of host . 4. The cells near the marginal portion of the cancer nests in the basal cell carcinona produced secretions forming the inner layer of the base- ment membrane. 5. Pseudopodia with digitated processes extended from lymphocytes onto the surface of the cancer cells , causing ulcerative injury. 6. The wrinkled erythrocytes could be found on the surface of the cancer cells. Conclu- sion: This study laid worthwhile foundations for the fufure investigation of cancerous infiltration and morphological di- agnosis
