摘要
本文报道利用两株人肺癌细胞(PC84045,PLA801),对人胚胸膜和心包膜进行体外浸润实验,观察肿瘤细胞的浸润特性。形态学观察表明肿瘤细胞浸润过程有粘附、溶解和移动等步骤,并有吞饮现象及类似基底膜结构物质形成,此实验设计具有成功率高、简单易行及符合解剖结构的特点,对研究肿瘤浸润机理及筛选抗癌药物有用。
The assay in vitro of the invasion of pleura and pericardium by cell lines of lung carcinoma ( PC840445, PLA801) have been filfulled for observing the invasion morphology by light microscopy and electronic microscopy. The morphological investigation have showed tumor cell invasion had the following processes : attachment, solution and locomotion . By the way .There were pinocytotic vesicles in the tumor cells and some substance similar to basement membrane around the tumor cells during the invasion. The program have the characteristic of simpcility . high - probability of success and the plan similar to pathological structure .It may play more important role in studying the mechanism of tumor cell invasion and selecting the and cancer chemicals.
