摘要
本文报告1,000例不同病种的诊断电镜(DEM)研究结果。靠电镜确诊占6.2%,靠电镜进一步分类和分型(主要为肿瘤)占14.1%。同时,对诊断有意义的一般US、对诊断是关键的特殊超微结构(US)、DEM在不同领域中的作用、DEM在一些有争议的肿瘤中的作用,DEM程序中的成功要领、常规与特殊技术、管理与培训、缺点与贡献等方面,作了系统化地、概括地论述。结论:几乎所有科系或领域中,电镜都是成功、有力的诊断工具。
It is report ed in this paper that results of DEM study in 1,000 cases of different disease. Those depend on EM diagnosis was 6.2%, those depend on EM further classification and typification was 14.1%. The paper has made a systematic and brief discussion and description in varied aspects to the general and significant ultrastructures for diagnosis, to the special and key ultrastruc-tures for diagnosis, to DEM playing part in different fields and in some disputed neoplasms, to main points of success in DEM procedure, to routine and special technics, to administra-tion and train, to defect and effect etc. Conclusion: although EM has some defects, and does not replace LM, tha it reveaies fine structures, which is frequently just able to settle difficult question under LM. That has particularly brought to light the selective cases and disputed neoplasms leads to correct diagno-sis, classification and name, wich has made practical contribution to with theory and clinic. Along with the deepening of develop and accumulating of experience in DEM, at present, it has been proved and will further proved that EM is a successful and powerful tool of diag-nosis in all but each and all departmerits or fields.
