以绞股蓝、枸杞为主要原料,运用正交试验方法,研究了绞股监、枸杞复合饮料的配方和生产工艺,从而确立了产品的最佳配方和合理的生产工艺。
The compound beverage is made from Gynoslemma pentaphyllum and Lycium chinense was studied by the method of orthogonal test so the reasonable processing technique and the best formula was found.
