摘要
目的:对荜茇有效成分进行提取,观察其对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症的作用。方法:采用溶剂法提取荜茇有效成分,石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取分离,得到三部分药液。采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀致炎造模方法,观察并记录小鼠耳廓肿胀程度。结果:服用荜茇的乙酸乙酯萃取物的小鼠,左右耳肿胀程度与地塞米松对照品接近。结论:荜茇提取物具有明显的抗炎作用。
Objective：To study the extraction of effective composition of Piper longum, and to observe the effects on the inflammation of auricles induced by dimethylbenzine in mice. Methods： Solvent extraction was used for the extraction of effective composition of Piper longum, we had got three parts of medical solution by petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction. The inflammation of auricle induced by dimethylbenzine in mice was used and mouse ear swelling was observed. Results：Swelling degree of right and left ears in mice which was given ethyl acetate extraction were similar to that was given dexamethasone. Conclusion：Piper longum extract has significant anti-inflammatory effect.
